Dr. Castaneda previously served as the Customer Service Manager, Applications Team for Dialogic, Inc., and directed all aspects of technical support and training for an IVR platform and its applications for service providers. Previously, Dr. Castaneda worked for Apex Communications as a technical customer service manager. Dr. Castaneda received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the Florida Atlantic University Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He received an M.B.A. degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Dallas. Dr. Castaneda has published papers in the fields of computer vision and deep learning.
